We popped in here after the place we were planning on going to was closed. We had a glass of sangria which was lovely and beer. The Russian salad was amazing but unfortunately this was all let down by the service we received by one...More

We found this place by chance as nearby Peninsular was full. Good value for money in this traditional bodega with quick service. On the lower side they don't accept credit card.

Good place if you want to eat traditional Spanish food. It is good value for money. However main course came before starter, which was strange.

I really loved the experience. I went there with the sandman tour. It was awesome and really tasty. The staff is extremely friendly

After reading so many positive reviews we decided to have dinner here on our last day in Barcelona. Basically, I expected more. The food was OK. The service is typical, what you would expect at a local joint. Prices were average; I thought a bit...More

Good food, reasonable prices but terrible service, didn’t even talk to us, tried to call the waiter 5 times he just stood with his back to me, didn’t even look at either of us, won’t be returning.

Not only was the food absolutely phenomenal, the staff were friendly and accommodating and had a great sense of humour. Don’t come here if you’re expecting tourist trap style service and food. This is a local restaurant for local people. The staff do not speak...More

Really pleasant visit, quick service, although this place is more preferred by locals (as by service). Bombas were quite spicy, but really delicious, hot type of mashed potatoes. If you don't mind spicy food, go for it! Grilled calamares were also prepared well. As the...More

This place was recomanded by a person that lives in Barcelona. We had to wait in line (only about 5 mins) in front of the restaurant and since this moment we knew that it will be a great choice. The staff doesn't speak good english...More

Originally a fisherman’s quarter, this quaint area
can’t escape its small village feel: laundry hanging
over the narrow streets, old ladies clamoring at each
other from their balconies and elder gentlemen playing
games on short wooden benches gossiping the day away,
Barceloneta could double as a film set. Artists line
the boardwalk displaying their magnificently detailed
sand structures making this the most visited beach in
