We were looking for good tapas and quality Spanish wine in the Gothic neighbourhood where we were staying. This place was a gem. Our waiter was very helpful in giving advice on the menu in English and suggested an excellent wine to match. Everyone including...More

We booked a table here for the first night of our visit. It takes a little finding being in a narrow side street near the cathedral; but that all adds to the atmosphere. We arrived at 9.30 and it was full: so you are advised...More

We stopped in here on a mini food and wine tour of Barcelona - had some absolutely delicious meatballs “albondigas”, but only had a limited selection of wine by the glass. Aside from this though, great restaurant - highly recommend!

We had a party of 12 there. 6 adults 6 kids. Not really a kids place, but the food was well liked by all. The wine was excellent, even with the house wine. We spent about 240eu between 3 families and we're all happy to...More

We had a big group, and they were incredible at La Vinateria del Call to accept and provide top service - which included quite a few 9 year old boys. Everything was delicious, had great wine and tapas.

I visited this restaurant as part of a food tour of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. We were served 5 different tapas and some condiments. Everything was quite good. The service was friendly and efficient.

Would definitely book to avoid disappointment. Restaurants in Barca can be very busy, and this one as it does not have a huge amount of covers. It’s in the old town and a very busy dining area.
