We stumbled across this restaurant last week (June 2017) while wandering the streets of El Born. It became obvious that reservations would have been better, but the owner/manager squeezed us into a table next to the kitchen. Although the location of the table was a...More

I stopped by while walking the streets of beautiful Barcelona. I had a great meal, a couple of beers on the outside terrasse. Great service. The only issue was having itinerant folks stopping by and looking for change. I was not bothered and the waiter...More

Small restaurant tucked away, tables at both ends outside, one of the smallest kitchens imaginable, but great tapas produced by friendly chefs, all staff pleasant

Came here after having been walking around in the born and decided to get a table, we did have to wait but it wasn't that long and they called us by phone to advise us by phone when our table would be ready.

Definitely worth visiting el borne to eat at Tantarantana. Great little tapas restaurant - try the peppers de padron and Rioja! Nothing fancy - simply great food and tapas!

Found this restaurant while wandering a side street in El Born area. Great find, because we enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food. We liked it so much, we chose to visit for another meal. We sat inside on our first visit, and outside at...More

El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent
the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But
this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually
enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few
places that live and breathe such exciting energy
regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood
seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the
city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants
