The place is beautiful from top to bottom. Live music (ópera) while we were dining. Food was exquisite and generously served. All and all, a fantastic experience.

Very nice slightly odd posh restaurant. Food very good. Piano player was lovely. Went with family - husband, 24 son & 20 daughter. All really enjoyed the night. Good servive, pleasant waiters. Not the cheapest but worth the money.

I was looking for a posh restaurant in Madrid that served halfway 'normal' (read: British) food for my parents whilst they were here on a visit. That kind of restaurant just doesn't really exist in Madrid - and a tapas bar is not going to...More

While wandering around Madrid we happened up La Capilla and decided to make a reservation for 2 days later for a dinner with friends. The history of the building is reflected in the interior and all of the rooms are beautiful. We ate upstairs and...More

Gorgeous restaurant, a lot attention to detail, beautiful interior. Food was really good too! We had a special offer, and depending on what you chose, some of the portions could be a little on the small side, but I think it's because of the voucher...More

Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street
performers, colorful lights, window shopping,
restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and
churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a
collection of plazas interconnected by a network of
side streets. Some of these side streets are wide
pedestrian shopping routes, and some are hidden, so
it's possible to duck in and out of the bustle as

Enjoy different Mediterranean dishes with innovative touches and the highest quality raw produce. The culinary philosophy of La Capilla de La Bolsa is to process food as little as possible to ensure that it does not lose any of its flavour. Seasonal vegetables and seafood include gratinée sea urchins with a touch of cava wine, or our marinated red partridge salad served on a bed of lettuce leaves. The main dishes are also exquisitely prepared. Choose from sword fish and avocado carpaccio served with prawn vinaigrette, traditional farmyard chicken in an apple, pepper and nut sauce, or grilled fillet of sirloin steak and grilled fillet mignon with pepper sauce. The menu is completed by a selection of hand-crafted desserts, where you will find highly original dishes such as large Szechuan-peppered strawberries with bourbon vanilla ice cream. Also available is a wide selection of both national and international wines and cigars.
