We've found this restaurant in TripAdviser and visited it for lunch after museum Thyssen-Bornemisza. It was an amazing experience of a family restaurant in the center of Madrid! Caring personnel, delicious food, good wine - everything was perfect!!!

The food was just ok. Mr Esteban was apologizing all the time for the bad service and food quality. The overall experience was a bad one. The price very high. Any way we will not come back. Sorry Mr Esteban.

We had made a reservation, which was likely a good thing as this place is obviously popular. As we are seated there was already pate, olives and bread on the table to munch on. Great wine menu. We all ordered appies and an entree and...More

neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich
heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes
from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to
them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas
receives a fair amount of spillover from the center —
