I booked in advance through the fork for a 16:30 sitting 30% discount. We arrived 10 mins late as we had difficulty with google maps. However we arrived apologised and there were many empty tables, the guy basically complained we were late, he was rude and he turned us away. All I can comment on is the service really and... More

Las Noches de Moscou has excellent food and great service at very reasonable prices. My wife and I shared a Blini that was nicely spiced and generously sized. Our other dish was Chicken Kiev, which was perfect in every way – including a great crust and the famous spurt of butter when you make the first cut with your knife.... More

The food is not bad but nothing special. The service is really slow. The desserts were really good. In summary If you want to try go for it, but I would not define this place as a restaurant I would like to repeat.

We went for a friends birthday dinner and the waitress was kind and patient. The food was tasty, the vodka strong and the dessert delicious (highly recommended the tarta medovik). Not overly expensive.

The food was very tasty and well cooked and the staff is super friendly. It's a family owned business by a Russian originated family. The place is 30 years old and has a very special Russian atmosphere. I've been there twice already and had a great experience both times.

Delicious degustation menu: mix of salads and a main dish of fish and lamb with some rolls and other kind of stews. Dessert delicious also. The waiter was absolutely nice and helpful. Will repeat.

Since I wasn't too impressed the first time I visited, I never thought I would return, but considered it a good option when someone wanted to try Russian cuisine in a somewhat more Russian setting. Despite a few minor changes to the interior, the kitsch decor is probably still the best thing about this place. The menu is unchanging, as... More

My boyfriend and I went to "Las Noches de Moscú" because this restaurant was on Spain's version of Kitchen Nightmares. As we are fans of the show, we wanted to try it for ourselves and see if the food was any good after the program aired. We ordered a salad to start and a grilled lamb and vegetables skewer. For... My friends and I went to this restaurant for the first time this afternoon. We tried several things on the menu and all were served cold and were fairly tasteless. When we cut into our chicken kiev the meat was still totally raw (pink, hadn't even seen heat) inside, but the outside brown and crispy, meaning it must have been... More

We've been there already twice, the first time I was quite impressed with the food and the taste because it's the same like in Eastern Europe. We are all quite silimar coming from the ex-comunist block. The first time we ate a la carte and the second was a degustation menu. The salads are great and the desserts are a... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Hip bars and galleries, independent theaters and music venues, young people with tattoos and funky hair, narrow winding streets — this is Malasaña. Near the center, Plaza Dos de Mayo is a gathering of friends outside bars, dog owners, artists under craft tents, and creative types with notebooks and sketchpads on the plaza’s benches. It may not be as neat and tidy as many other parts of the city, but this only adds to the Malasaña edge. Shops and bars here range from hippie-crunchy to upscale trendy, and on weekends, the streets are bustling around the clock as the nightlife progresses from dinner to bar to disco to late-night food. On the west side of the neighbourhood is the subdistrict called Conde Duque, named after a large pink fort in its center that has been converted into a cultural center for exhibitions and performances. Prettier yet just as edgy, this intimate corner of Malasaña is home to a young international community.
