The staff are so friendly and jovial in las Brasas de Vulcano and eager to chat and meet with the customers. The food was excellent too and the setting in the restaurant lovely. Worth a visit if you are close by.

Couldn't have chosen a better place for our final meal in Madrid (this time) although we were lucky to get a table. This is obviously a place where local families gather to enjoy Sunday lunch and Easter Sunday was insanely busy. Food excellent,my carnivore husband...More

This is a small, busy restaurant. We ordered steak, which comes on a hot plate so you cook to your own liking. At €33 for a lot of meat, chips and a salad for two people, great value.

Came here for dinner on my last night in Madrid. I've had enough great meals here to put this dinner in perspective. In part, I was drawn in by the prix fixe menu advertised out front. When I tried to order from this menu, I...More

Non-pushy waiters and busy, charming atmosphere inside made us want to head in and order some food! The staff were so friendly, advising us on what to order - the food was delicious, the alcohol great & a hidden gem in Madrid...A wonderful anniversary meal!

Nipped in here at 11pm as all the tables outside were full. Very load and crazy waiters having fun but the food came quick and was very good. Had 3 raciones with 2 beers all for 23 Euros.

Also known as Barrio de las Letras, Huertas was once
home to prominent literary figures, Miguel de
Cervantes and Lope de Vega among them. The
neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich
heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes
from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to
them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas
receives a fair amount of spillover from the center —

Vente a conocernos!
