We knew it was a little odd to go for a French meal in the middle of tapas filled Spain but this meal was very much worth it. Great value and wonderful atmosphere - not to forget the beautiful food!

We have been surprised by the setup of this place: actually expected something typical Spanish, but was not. Nice and chick ambiance indeed - however the wines were rather standard. Dishes only few typical - Many in Asian touch. But all was good and tasty,...More

Do not get hoodwinked by the exterior and pleasant looking interior - that’s the best it gets. Service dire and food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering!!! Always worrying when you order Chicken and Fish dishes !!!

We visited this restaurant on our first night in Madrid, we thought the menu and the restaurant surroundings looked nice. However we were fooled. I ordered the chicken with vegetable chips which was appalling, the vegetable chips were a bag of crisps thrown on top...More

Do not get trapped by the elegant outside and inviting interior. The service is not existing, not a word, only food thrown at the table. Mediocre fast food. We took the chefs recommendations and they were not properly prepared with supermarket sauce. Never again!

Affordable mediocre food and service. many better options nearby with better food. We had to return both our main courses. Quality of ingredients was mediocre and dishes were even worse. Service was ok but not very friendly.

Also known as Barrio de las Letras, Huertas was once
home to prominent literary figures, Miguel de
Cervantes and Lope de Vega among them. The
neighbourhood is committed to celebrating its rich
heritage: Calle Huertas itself is inlaid with quotes
from celebrated authors, street names pay homage to
them, and second-hand bookshops pervade. Huertas
receives a fair amount of spillover from the center —
