The restaurant is a bit tricky to find, not exactly going out of its way to advertise itself, located down a siding, and rather than displaying the name 'SACHA', it has its full title 'Botilleria y Fogon Sacha' in non too bold lettering. Even the local pizza delivery man wasn't too sure of the location and his shop was less... More

Eating a good fish in Madrid is feasible in this restaurant.. the question is: Is it so good that is worth the price you pay for it? The waiters are even classic at the way of looking at you. I went here with a friend being both age 28 and first impressions we got were like.. is he really going... More

We spent over four very enjoyable hours having lunch at Sacha. We did not order anything, simply asked Sacha to follow his judgement. The many dishes were delicious and original. The atmosphere could not be better. He also gave us great tips of other restaurants and bars. I hope you are able to secure a reservation.

Doesn't have the appearance or feel of a luxury restaurant but the quality of the raw materials and the cooking is second to none. A recommendation is to try what the maitre suggests. There is an excellent selection of wines at reasonable prices. Everything was good but we particularly enjoyed the crab filled pasta pockets and runny omelette with white... More

The place was a bit difficult to find but worthwhile to search! A traditional restaurant in a residential part of Madrid. A short menu based on fresh arrivals. We shared 3 starters, which were all excellent, the fried artichokes deserve a special mention. For main course we had fish, which was well prepared. The service was great.

I dined here last night with 3 friends. Never mind that the restaurant is located at the back of a small street, and it's number doesn't relate to its location, somehow the food we had didn't come up to the expectations and hype created in the reviews. We had mussels, artichoke, sardines in white sauce for shared starters. So far... More

Not the easiest place to find, but well worth the effort. From Castellana follow Juan Hurtado de Moendoza to the end, turn left at El Olvido, Rubaiyat restaurant is next door. Turn left down the alley there and you will find the blue outside of Sacha further along the same building. The restaurant itself simply oozes tradition, it feels like... More
