We stopped in Pamplona for one night and found Rodero. Great story, family has owned this restaurant for 40 years. The food is simply amazing the wine was just delicious. The service, one of the best ever! You can't come to Iruña and not try this place!!!

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel that we were staying at in Pamplona. It was a short walk from the square and away from the chaos of the festival. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, lovely menu and English speaking staff. I can recommend the foie gras and the shoulder of lamb. Will definately be returning.

We went to Pamplona for the Saint Fermin fiesta. Celebrated by Hemingway and a great happening. But we wanted a good dinner and went to Rodero. What an espectacular restaurant! The service was perfect. And the food was heaven. We went for the fixed menu and were not disappointed. From the russian salad cold sufle to the chocolate dessert, everything... More

Everyone in our group of 10 was very happy with their food and the wine suggested. My lamb shank was tender and delicious. The service and attention were quite possibly the best I've experienced.

This hidden jewel does not raise high expectations upfront but once there you will be amazed by the quality of both food and service. The chef's interpretation of the basque cuisine is marvelous and brings to your palate the most of the tastes and flavours of this blessed region. A well balanced a la carte menu with outstang plating and... More

My birthday was last week and I was surprised by my friend with such an amazing dinner. I was fascinated about the variety of dishes made by regional products. Now, I understand why this place has been rewarded. I am really grateful for how they treat us and we already now that we will visit Rodero again!

It was quite late by the time we arrived (maybe not for spainish standards) I still enjoyed a raw tuna in a soy based sauce with wasabi puree. as main they cooked steak for me even it was not on the menu, very tender meat, and delicious. we had an excellent rioja wine Marques de Riscal 2010.

We eat here annually during the San Fermin fiesta. As usual, we had a fantastic meal. Both modern and classic, the experience here continues to be perfect. This would be a hit restaurant in any major city in the world. Eat here and leave feeling like family.

We ate at Rodero on a Tuesday afternoon and the food and service were second to none. I have an allergy and the restaurant couldn't be more accommodating. The wines were fantastic too. Loved every mouthful and will come back next time I'm in this city!

I have visited recently El Rodero and has been a great experience. You cannot miss the "tortilla de patata trufada", "corona de alcachofas" or the "lasagna de bogavante". To me some of the top plates at the restaurant. The staff is really pleasant and the treat is exquisite
