We went2 times to this restaurant within 3 days, once on our way to Roncesvalles and another time on the way back while doing the Camino de Santiago, since we loved it so much the first time. Both times we got the "menú del día" and we really enjoyed it both times, as it's really varied and food was just... More

More

Friendly service with a lot of sign language. Nice choice on the menu of the day. We opted a hearty mixed salad followed by a delicious stuffed tomato. Not a big portion but suited us fine on a very hot day. The local natural brewery beer was excellent. The ambience is very homey.

I have never really been to many vegetarian restaurants so when my partner from Pamplona took me here in January (he lives in the city) I wasn't sure what to expect as consider myself a real fan of meat! However the crepes we had with cheese and spinach were amazing and blew my mind. It was such a lovely meal... More

We were treated with the outermost respect. Food was great! We really enjoyed the zucchini pie, leek cream, cheese cake and apple pie. Our waiter made sure we were well served at all times. The only drawback was the fact that the restaurant was located in the first floor of an apartment building however once we were inside, we completely... More

We went for the menu del dia at 13:00. As it's on the first floor of an apartment building we had to ring the bell several times before anyone buzzed us in. We were then told that they weren't ready and had to wait in the hallway for 5 minutes after they shut the door on us. The service was... More

I am in Pamplona a few times each year, and I always plan to be at Restaurante Sarasate a couple of times for their daily mid-day menu. The food is excellent and a welcome delight for vegetarians in meat-heavy Spain. They have added a special price (same food!) for pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago. Just show your credential to...
