Sagardi was recommended by a friend as a good place for meals or pintxos in central Valencia. Downstairs is a pintxos bar, upstairs is a more formal restaurant. We went on a Sunday evening and the place was buzzing! The decor is modern and the cooking Basque. In the downstairs bar there is a tremendous selection of cold pintxos, to... More

Excellent food. I don't put 5 stars because they will not add many different pinchos. If you want to try other pinchos ??? No way ??? We have tried the day after and at another time but more the less we have found the same one as before. Anyway, they are good. Good to know ... Open 24h

We had a small dinner at the restaurant on the first floor. Service and food were excellent. Choice of plates is not large, with very few options for vegetarians.

My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant annually for some years. To some extent it is a victim of it's own success, the pintxos being exceptional, even if they are very expensive compared to similar establishments around. Nevertheless, we have recommended it to people for ages. At our last visit to Valencia a few weeks ago, we... More

Very busy bar, but we were lucky enough to have visted this venue twice whilst we were visting Valencia for the weekend. Find a table, the very friendly staff will serve you drinks and are quick to top them up for you, you then grab yourself a plate and help yourself to the delicious pinxos, they also come around with... Was taken here by a friend living in Valencia as so many of the other restaurants in the same area are really targeted at tourists. The downstairs tapas bar is great fun and very buzzy. The concept is so easy - once you have your seat and plate you make your own selection from the huge choice of small delicacies... More

This restaurant in the old city center offers tapas on the ground floor and an a la carte restaurant on the second floor. The friendly staff makes sure that you have a great time. The tapas are of excellent quality and are repleted regularly.

Have been here twice and managed to get a seat both times pretty quickly if not immediately. Typical pinxos set up - help yourself from the bar and keep the sticks until you pay, although they do come round with them too so once you have been served your wine you need not move! Whilst not as good as those... More
