Beautiful paella dishes and very enjoyable sangria and tapas starter too. Situated in a busy street bustling with atmosphere that you can soak up while eating. Really enjoyed this meal.

Nice and easy place in the streets of the centre, where you can find both locals and tourists. They have nice salads and big portions. We haven't tried paella but croquettas were also good. Bill was €35 for 1 tapa 2 salads and drinks!
All home made, fresh and really tastefull tapas! Together with the location and good, friendly and enthousiastic service by the owner....had a really nice time! A special combination that i've not found easily in Valencia. I recommend Babalu very much!

We had a deal with 'The Fork' - an app worth getting in Spain. Our food therefore was very good value, without it - average. My husband did comment that bearing in mind the origins we'd have expected spicer. It was hearty but certainly lacked...More
