We each had a made-to-order, individual pizzas. We all really liked the thin and crispy crust. We also ordered a salad for our group of 5 and really enjoyed the food as well as the service. We walked there from the beach. We definitely recommend it!

There is nothing better than finding a lovely neighborhood restaurant, that welcomes a newcomer with open arms....the minute you walk in the door. This authentic, quaint gem is one block off the beach and a million miles away from it's touristy neighbors. A fully stocked bar offers everything from artisanal beer to interesting gin tonics. The food tips its hat... More

I rate it excellent for what it is a cheap clean cafe. Great young waiter who served without a fuss and was very pleasant and polite. Great for pizzas salads and snacks. Good beer and wine very good prices so overall great value. Recommended if you are not fussy and just want good food and drinks at very good prices.... More

The service is so bad it is pointless to discuss the food. Went there for lunch and ordered about 7 items for 4 people. Waitress brought 4 items and never brought the other three. After 30 minutes after done with food we asked about other food, she had totally forgotten to order the other food. Once we reminded her about... More

I was in Valencia for a week and came across this lovely place near the beach. I ended up coming here lots of times because the food was amazing and the prices didn't break the bank. The staff were great and very friendly, they really took care of me which I appreciated as a solo backpacker. Thanks so much Hosteria... More

El Cabanyal, the suburb of Valencia we are staying is similar to home in Australia. Many restaurants/Cafes close on Mondays. We had planned to visit a restaurant close to where we are staying but with it closed we set off walking towards the Las Arenas Beach where we had been during the day. Again, many were closed or were occupied... More

We only stopped here for drinks as it was close to our hotel. The place was buzzing especially at night all the tables are usually serving tapas to lots of full tables but they were always happy to serve us we would like to have eaten there.

We discovered this restaurant soon after our arrival to Valencia. It got us with its family atmosphere, excellent pizza and seafood tapas, for example small fried prawns with garlic. Also Sanria was good there with distinctive wine taste. We also liked their tiramisu served in a coffee cup. The personnel was always very forthcoming and prepared to satisfy any of... More

What a find, a small restaurant a bit off the boardwalk, that is a true gem. The staff are amazing, patient, and very helpful. The food was absolutely fabulous! I plan on visiting Valencia this winter with my family, and I definitely will take them here!

Much better than the tourist places one block away with the ocean view. We had mussels, fried baby calamari, seafood salad, pizza with eggplant and patatas breve - five glasses of wine, a soft drink and excellent service for 50 Euros. We had the place to ourselves from 6:30 - 8:15 and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
