Treated my husband to dinner here for his birthday. A lovely friendly pub with amazing food. I really enjoyed my venison main course. Great service, no long waits, not pretentious in any way.

It had been awhile since I had visited the Red Lion . I was not disappointed.Thr flavours and presentation of the food were once again excellent. I shall not leave it so long next time before I revisit.

Amazing food and warm, comfortable atmosphere. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Do not underestimate the cheese selection. Drinks were excellent.
