This cafe next to the royal palace brought me in on a late Sunday morning to see the opulent interior design, which features mirrored walls, gilded ceilings and fancy chandeliers. Gelato and luscious-looking pastries beckoned from display cases when I could get near them. I had to elbow my way through the crowd of visitors for a closer look at... More

My 10 year old grandson and I were on a mission while in Italy and our stop in Napoli was no exception - pastries and gelati! We came upon this cafe while on our way back to our hotel and felt like it was worth a try. The gelati was good, not the best we had but good none the... More

We had to visit this place because of its reputation as being in the best spot for people watching in Naples. We arrived at about 18:00 for a couple of drinks before going on to eat somewhere, however when our drinks arrived they were accompanied with 4 dishes ranging from peanuts to mini pizzas! Although expensive (Peroni 7 euros a... More

Sit outside and watch the people go by. Service a bit grumpy but about normal for a high tourist place. I had a great coffee with cream etc and would do it again no problem.

Well, we had the small wild strawberry tart for 1e. It was okay. Tasted like any other pastry back home. We also had an espresso which was very good. Have your drink at the counter if you don't want to pay an arm or a leg. Busy place, so it wasn't very relaxing., but we still wanted to see what... More

Love the Old World elegance of the interior. It also has an outdoor cafe with big expensive umbrellas, overlooking Plebiscite Square and the Royal Palace. Either spot is lovely. You can sit and be served by snooty waiters. There are also different counters where you can get self service. For example there is an ice cream counter and a pastry... More

Went to visit this place as we were in the area and wanted to sit. We opted to sit indoors. The decor is beautiful and made it worth it to miss the warm weather outside. The pastries are delicious but expensive. The coffee is quite good. Try their coffee milkshake. .it is yummy! ! Service is a bit slow as... More

What a giant selection of every cake you can think of in Italy. Quite expensive but worth a visit, much cheaper to buy and eat out but the atmosphere is worth the extra cash. The ice cream flavours are divine!
