With a few colleagues went here to this wonderfully located traditional Restaurant in Rome downtown. Clear enough we had the the famous Lasagna all'Alfredo i.e. a typycal thin pasta with butter and parmisan. Service was also great as we"ve been explained the roots of this traditional food before being served quite fast.

A must!!! The best fettucine! We tried the menu offered by the restuarant it was more than enough for two people! I would highly recommend it! Service was amazing too!

Restaurant near the Pantheon, recommended by the taxi driver. Lunch was excellent, the Cacio Pepe had the right amount of cheese and pepper. Service was good and the dining area is nice too, lots of pictures of famous people....not a bad choice.

This was our final meal in Rome, and, boy, what a way to go out! My wife and I split everything, and found the portions perfect for lunch. Friendly staff. We were only tourists.

I had dinner at Alfredo alla Scrofa on a Sunday night with my boyfriend. The fettuccine were very good, the pasta was very light and tasty. I could have eaten two entire dishes :) For dessert I had tiramisu (very good) and my boyfriend got a chocolate cake with caramel. This one was pretty heavy. Eating here is not so... More

We came to Alfredo with a friend who had made the reservation. It was an early meal since we were flying out next day so it was empty although I was told it was full up for later dining. After ten days in Rome spent searching out the small, family run, quaint restaurants, I was a little worried to come... More

We went to Rome with good recommendations of this restaurant, so we tried going there for the first time on a Sunday lunch. The sign outside says they close at 3pm, we entered the room at 2.40pm, the room was full, and we were rudely received by a tall man (maybe a manager? Owner? Not sure, he wasn't wearing any... More

We had their business lunch menu...incredible!!!! The value is amazing! The service was immaculate! Highly attentive young staff with some of the best service we have had anywhere! But the food!!!! The antipasto was generous and delicious... But then came the fettuccine!!!!! Pure heaven!!! Melt in the mouth ... utterly sublime.... looked a lot but just dissolved! Followed by tiramisu...... I wish I've read some reviews before I listen to the concierge. Apart from young waiters who were sympathetic and got disappointed when they noticed we were unhappy abt the food every other thing was not really worth trying. Fettuccine was the most famous one apparently, but the awful one and overpriced. To sum up the food was not good... More
