It's quite close to the hotel I stayed. Asked the hotel receptionist if they can recommend some place nice but not too touristy. They suggested this place and it doesn't disappoint me. The menu is extensive and we can see loads locals coming to dine there - it's a good sign :) For starters, I would recommend the octopus -... More

We came in here because the restaurant of our choice was closed. And we are very satisfied. Good food, prepared quickly. Moderate prices. Perhaps we could make better choice of wine, but it is not restaurants failure. Nice place. We can come here next time in Rome

I highly recommend this restaurant. It was recommended by our hotel as a good place for my family (2 and 3 year old children) and they were completely correct. The pasta was very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a very nice lunch here and will probably return on our next trip to Rome.

Great food. The linguine with egg plant is to die for. Even the mozzarella on the pizza was good. A great variety for those who don't eat meat. Great value as well, but being honest. Price isn't my driver quality is. 10 out of 10.

We ordered from both the regular menu and also off the seafood cart that, we observed, was heavily pushed to foreigners. While the food was prepared well and met our expectation for this type of restaurant, the fish was overpriced. Instead of 40-50€ that you would pay at similar establishments around town, we were surprised when we received the bill... More

During my short stay in Rome, I went 3 times this restaurant. Pasta is so so much delicious that I ever had. Highly recommend. First night I ate pasta zucchini. Second night I ate lobster pasta, wow, cannot forget. Third night I ate seafood pasta, wow, again, so juicy and yummy, my God. Fair price, good service, nice people, really... More

The honest report of his experience in our restaurant convinces us ever more that the genuineness of the products, the friendliness of the staff was appreciated by her that he certainly understood the difference between a real Italian restaurant and counless false restaurants that serve to low price pre-cooked and frozen meals. A thank you and we wish you happy... More

This sweet, tiny restaurant presents you with a tray of the fresh fish of the day. Since we went twice, we had Stefano and Mario serve us. They recommended a preparation - I wanted a pasta, so Mario made an incredible sauce for the pasta that went perfectly with the tasty, moist sea bass. We met two other diners there... More

I am always wary of restaurants that charge a service charge as I feel that its up to me to reward good service not forced onto me. Our hotel recommended this place and the place is nice looking. Lots of staff and really push the fish to the point of pushy. Portions are small on what we had but good... More

This a lovely restaurant. My family and I were warmly welcomed by the staff as soon as we walked in and our hosts were attentive throughout. Our host presented us with a range of seafood to try which looked as fresh as it gets and although we didn't go for the fish he wasn't pushy at all. Between us we... More

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
