Away from the hordes of tourists this little place, tucked away in a lovely street 5 minutes away across the bridge from Castel Sant Angelo, has fantastic home made ice cream. I loved the chilly chocolate and the rosemary, honey and lemon flavours. Be sure you take a number when entering the place.

You can find here the largest variety of flavours. The taste is the best and most intense from the gelaterias in the area. For a different experience you can try the pumpkin, pineapple with mint and chilli chocolate flavours.

Definitely worth a visit. It's located on a really cozy street lined with small unique shops (antiques, jewelry, paintings, leather accessories, etc). Heaps of flavours to choose from. Tastes really good!

This was on the top of my list of places to try whilst in Rome, it was that good I went back 4 times in two days. All the gelato is made in house, and they only use the freshest ingredients all seasonal. And you can even watch from outside the chefs are work creating a masterpiece. If you're walking... More

True to flavour selection of ices but a rather surly service from the young chap behind the counter. A refreshingly different selection of ice cream flavours. The tubs do have a false bottom which is misleading - you are not quite getting the volume of ice cream you may be expecting!

We walked along the side of this gelateria and we saw that they made the ice cream inside the shop. We tried it and it was the best in town! definitely try the mango and the tiramisu. the variety is endless and the taste is undescribable.

The best gelato I tasted in Rome. The taste and the quality of the gelato was by far the best from others I had. Try the flavour of rosemary and honey!

I didn't even had the chance to prove the Gelato because of how I was received by the attendant. He received me like I were there to get a favor and so I should speak quickly what I wanted. When I sad I didn't know the gelateria and flavors, meaning I wanted to have more details about what was one... More

We found this gelateria by accident, even if I wanted to go there, but it was a good sign. If you want an ice cream you need to take a number, and wait for you to be call. But it´s quick, and perfect. They have some many flavours, so you will be confused for a while, but it´s ok :)

Came here on the recommendation of a friend and so glad I got to taste this fabulous Gelato. Such wonderful and creative flavors. A little expensive but worth every penny for something different and truly flavorful. Flavors included white chocolate, mint, basil, honey, rosemary...along with the usual chocolate, strawberry etc.

Thank ChristinaHD
