We stayed in the Monti neighborhood, so we came here for dinner one night during our stay. The greenery outside of the restaurant was really cool. The staff was friendly. We came early (around 6:30), because we were hungry and wanted to beat the crowds....More

We had an excellent meal at Ai Tre Scalini - the best of our holiday although far from the most expensive. Arriving at 8pm on a Friday evening we got a table just before the rush. The purple gnocchi with bacon and asparagus was excellent,...More

We had our last dinner in Italy at this restaurant and it did not disappoint! Excellent food, good service and good selection of wines. While we like everything we ordered, the Cannelloni (stuffed with squid) was fantastic! I would definitely recommend eating here!

I saw a post that said this was a touristy place. We found lots of locals. The food was great and the price was reasonable. The restuarant is small so go for lunch or early dinner.

A nice place full of tourist, the cup of wine is very expensive for the quality (at least the two wines we tried). We didn't tried the food but it didn't looks very good either.

This is a really great bar in the Monti area. It sells great beer and has a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely the place if you're wandering through late at night!

Walking up and down Via Panisperna, Ai Tre Scalini hardly goes unnoticed: by day, because it is engulfed by a beautiful ivy; by night, because the three steps (scalini) are permanently occupied by youngsters with glasses of wine in their hands - some of them...More
