Great Restaurant. Beautiful food and excellent service. Adored the wonderful Sorbet for dessert...amazing... and the Owners Momma's Limonchello....homemade and fantastic. €40 each plus optional tip for a wonderful dinner for two.

We were looking for good pasta dish all over the Rome and we found it here. It was a New Years dinner and the place was full of italians, so the locals love it and we did too!

Ordered the beef ravioli with mushrooms and creamy sauce, pasta was well cooked and flavors were devine. Strong flavors so would recommend a drink to match. Wait staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly with our attempts to speak italian Would go back again

Came across this place after visiting the Vatican. Its on the less touristy side of the river. Good food and wine from the set lunch menu.

A weekend away in Rome. Looking for another restaurant but stumbled across this one. Service was welcoming and friendly. My partner had a lovely starter off fresh fish and I had something deep fat fried. Her starter was awesome. We opted for pasta for our main meal and it was fantastic. Made us realise we over cook out pasta! Overall... More

This is a fine little restaurant, very good food, very kind and freindly wait staff. Our food was freshly prepared and very tasty, typical Roman, not as good as Florence, but not as expensive either!

This food is really bad. We ordered the lamb cutlets with artichoke and the entire meal was deep fried, yuk! The suckling pig was clearly reheated from the day before and was basically just a piece of roast pork. The potatos with it tasted days old. It was our last meal in Italy and it was just terrible.

Staying in Trastevere

Neighbourhood Profile
Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded postcard, a little worn around the edges but still charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of entertainment - a rotating set of street performers entertains almost every night, and unforgettable eateries and bars pepper its piazzas and side streets. For a trip to the past, visit the southern and western flanks of Trastevere for pockets of yesteryear, less traversed areas with a residual 1960s and 70s Roman vibe.
