We came across this restaurant on a Sunday night when browsing through the city looking for an authentic Italian place. Tucked away on a quite street this restaurant offers nice and relaxing setting. Pizza was the best we ever tried - thin, fresh and tasty. Pana Cotta and crème caramel for desert were also of high quality. Pricewise very reasonable... More

I stumbled across this place looking for late night take away pizza. We were on a short city break with our young family, hence why we didn't eat in - the pizzas were really delicious. So much so we went back the next night. Priced at 10 euros per pizza they may be a little more expensive than some other... More

We stumbled across this place while looking for somewhere to eat away from the coliseum. The staff were friendly, the food was tasty and it was reasonably priced at around 10-12euros for a main. You can even see the coliseum at the end of the street if you sit outside!

We asked for two salad-menu, and it was such a simple salad, but it was okey till i found a piece of glass in my dish. They asked me if i wanted another one, i said yes, but they didnt have more chiken, so they made me eat another dish. And to compensate me they gave us an incredible jar... More

We liked this small friendly restaurant so returned for a second helping. The friendly staff accommodated our group of twelve without hesitation and tolerated our noisiness without complaint! Good pasta and pizza, finished off with liberal measures of limoncello. No complaints.

We loved pizza at this place, it was very good, and we liked service from the owner himself: he was very friendly and after dinner also gave us free drinks))

We stumbled upon Il Grillo Brillo on our first day in Rome, within sight of the Colosseum, and a few steps from the beautiful Church Santa Maria Ai Monti. We were drawn in by its local feel, its pretty but simple ambiance, and the promise of fresh fish. The seafood salad was fresh and delicious, the zuppa di pesce was excellent,... More

We actually wanted to have Indian food but the Indian restaurant we went to was fully reserved by groups for lunch. So we walked around a bit and found this restaurant on the corner of Via Serpenti. We ordered a couple of Pizza Margaritas and one chicken dish. All the dishes were yummy and very good to taste. The chicken... More

We came here as the restaurant we were looking for was already closing at 3. So I have to say that was a plus. However the food and wine was really average - not bad just average. Maybe 6 wines on the list and the waiter just put the bottle on the table unopened and walked off. There are so... More

Great little pizzeria with a 10 Euro combo deal. Excellent service and a distant view of the Colosseum!
