Very bad experience. Low quality food. Service good only until you are paying. When you claim about the bill and prices, you are "jewish" and the owner is shouting on you in front of all the people. Dirty dishes, food prepared partly in microwave I guess. Never go there, please. I am attaching the copy of our bill = try... More

My wife and I enjoyed two Piazzas while on a visit to this Restaurant. We were invited in by a Waiter on the Street and it was a good decision the enter. The service and the wine on offer was very good and contributed to an enjoyable meal

I think I must have been really luck when we visited here judging by some of the comments on this website. My friend and I are pretty choosy and called in here for lunch. It was clean and there were other people tucking in to what looked like nice food. The service was efficient and we really did enjoy the... More

A nice front, the owner entices you in with promises of good food and personal service, thats about all the positives I can say about it. No atmosphere, pricey bland food, service was terrible, long, long wait for food, trying to catch a waiters eye was near on impossible, he spent most of the time on his phone outside. When... More

Small portions, very expensive, the most expensive draft beer in world 9 euro for 0,4, one price in the price list and the other on account. Surcharge 10% for nothing...they say services...no coment

We feel like we were let down big time by visiting this establishment. The food was average at best and the service was poor. Like the reviewer before me I thought there was no service charge on the sign outside. But we were charged on our bill for "knives and forks tax" which is ridiculous. Please avoid this restaurant.

We stopped here as the little one was very hungry and the nice man outside encouraged us. We were the only table in but felt we would be in good hands. The food was not cheap, very small portions and of no quality at all. The two ravioli dishes were terrible. Despite being the only table, drinks took ages and... More

Lucked into this restaurant because it was around the corner from our hotel. Got a table right away on a Saturday night because we went early. Waiter suggested baked artichokes for starter and it was great. Carafe of house wine was also great.

We went here our last in Rome because it was near our hotel. We enjoyed our meal as did many others who came and went while we were there. We had pasta-pretty good and I had spinach also very good while my husband had the tart with the small strawberries (he liked it). We had a half liter of the... More

My wife and I coincidentally found this place as we walked by it daily on our way back to our rented flat. The menu looked interesting so we decided to go and dine there. We shared a pizza as well as a steak which we enjoyed very much. We recommend and would go back.

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
