This restaurant has not changed for years. The service is impeccable and the food delicious . It is perfect in any way. It is not elegant - it is just a wonderful restaurant

We stumbled on this restaurant while walking to the Stadio Olimpico. The food was beautiful and the service was good. Although as it got busier (it was a Sunday) the service slowed. Nevertheless well worth a visit.

Looking for a place in that is good and honestly priced?? Where better than Trattoria Al Gran Sasso? Located near Pza del Popolo, an ideal place for a quick bite during your Roman tours

This place looked full of Italians and the food looked great. We shared a smoked duck entree and two main courses, with excellent wine by the glass. Very happy to have found this popular place.

We had dinner here twice. The staff was wonderful and took their time explaining the daily specials. The prices were reasonable compared to the bigger restaurants closer to the piazza. This trattoria was authentic and the food was superb!

Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields
to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most
desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best
place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and
Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with
enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s
best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a
fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to
