Unfortunately we attempted to stop here for lunch in late May only to be disappointed that the restaurant appeared to be closed. Too bad. We really enjoyed this restaurant 2 years ago when we were in Rome.

near Piazza Navona we have known this small cozy restaurant, good cuisine, Mr. Tony was very kind, he has met my children for their absurd demands burgers and fries that were not there in the menu, thanks to Tony, has been impressive eat close to the main square.

An Italian friend told us to go to Rust when we were in Rome and we are very happy he did. What a great restaurant! The service was very attentive and personalized. All the dishes, from the anti pasti to the lovely panna cotta dessert were excellent. After sharing the grilled vegetables and mussels, I had a grilled whole fish... More

My husband and I went to Rome for the first time in Feb 2010 and was recommended to this restaurant by the Hotel staff. It took a bit of finding as down one of the back streets at the back of the Piazza Navona but so worth the effort. The Owner was very attentive and told us all about the... More

Saw the sign for this restaurant at the end of this "alley" and walked down to... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
