Visited with the family for dinner (wife + 3 small children). Food was very, very simple, lacking taste. The tomato sauce of my gnocchi could have been shop-bought. Service wasn't also particularly friendly or efficient. Would not recommend or come back again.

The campo de fiori is a pretty touristy and frenetic spot, but this restaurant facing the square has great rustic-style Roman food, with an small area for outside seating. Friendly staff and great food. If you go for early lunch you can go shopping for great produce afterwards.

Good food and attentive staff in this busy square. The antipasto misto was a #1 hit. Pleasant terrace. Recommanded.

Really special rabbit with garlic/white wine sauce. No french fries, but the potatoes from the oven (al forno) are even better. Together with a good white housewine for €11,- per bottle a splendid choice on the Campo de Fiori.

Early in our visit to Rome, we decided we would "not eat at the same place twice" since there are so many good options in Rome. We broke our rule here after a fantastic dinner - had to come back for lunch later in the week (that was our justification - different meal!). The bruschetta was one of the best;... More

Our best and favourite meal during our stay in Rome. Tasty, Home made food and reasonably priced wine. The rabbit and rosemary cheese roast potatoes were superb as was the chicken and red pepper dish. Sunday lunch here amongst the market stalls and entertainers is highly recommended. It's obvious why the locals eat here. Service is friendly and efficient. Would certainly... More

My husband, sister and I are here last night. Their pasta carbonara was superb as were my lamb chops. The white chocolate mousse with raspberries was delicious and what can one say about carciofi except that no one dies them better than the Romans. Our waiter Marco was an absolute delight. Don't miss this place if you're anywhere near the... More

We went for dinner to this restaurant and as it was cold the heaters were on ,which my husband gets a headache from ,the staff was so kind to move us to a corner table inside and put the heater on very low so we could enjoy our meal. The food was fresh amd very good.

Delicious food and really nice atmosphere in the market square. Really good pasta and risottos plus salads. Clearly it has been here for years and you can see why - would definitely return.

Let's get this straight. The absolute number one reason to eat here is the atmosphere. Sitting at an outdoor table, on a busy piazza, magically lit up at night, stars shining, finishing off an authentic pasta dish with a carafe of a very cheap but decent red wine. I mean, isn't this why you came to Rome?! While the sights... More
