My partner and I have been travelling in Italy for the last 2 weeks and this was the best meal we’ve had! Located in a lovely street, we enjoyed delicious handmade pasta! It’s not a touristy place and we didn’t have people standing out front...More

We went here after an Italian friend recommended it before we came to Rome. The food was incredible, I’m speaking on behalf of the group I was with but I think it’s safe to say it was our favourite! Quite feat in Rome with all...More

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and we were lucky to get right in without a reservation. The food was very good, except for the cheese plate, which was kind of lame. We had palettes, bucatini amatriciana, and bucatini cacio e pepe. We also had a...More

Seemingly a family run restaurant, very good service, very good food and overall worth visiting. The pasta dish was fresh, cooked perfectly and very filling. The location was just a few blocks from the colosseum but wasn’t a tourist trap.

I’m very torn about this place. First the food which was very good. Bucatini with tomato sauce and pork cheek very flavoursome. Followed by a good saltimbocca. But service was mixed. Alas, I had ordered a side salad. It was offered one mouthful away from...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
