Good sushi here and not overly expensive. Bit of a big barn feel but service was efficient. Good for lunch. Havent tried other sushi places in rome but i'm sure there are better. That said we were so sick of pasta this place did the trick

When I arrived there weren't many people, because in Italy they have lunch at 1.00-2.00 pm and I was there at 12.00 am. They immediately helped me and I had a delicious lunch. The restaurant is very elegant and modern and the location is delicious. I'll surely go there one more time.

Traveling with kids addicted to Sushi, this was a fantastic find ! After a long day at the tourist sites and finishing off at the Colosseum, this was a 14euro can ride away and well worth the trip !! Service - Tick Food - Tick Variety - Tick Will be back when next in Rome !

Amazing food, very good service . Just gets better and better every time we come. I've been coming for the past four years and this is the Japanese restaurant to visit.

Very good choice . The list is very rich and you'll always find what you prefer The food is very good and the place is nice. A relaxed atmosphere is the best thing after a business meeting or a visit of the roman monuments.

I was shocked at what we ate after reading the other reviews here. Granted, my partner is Japanese and we eat regularly in Tokyo, Kyoto, and other major Japanese restaurant locales around the world (NYC, LA, etc), so we are sushi snobs, but this place is unforgiveable. No one is Japanese who works here--totally Chinese run--and they have no idea... More

After 4 weeks in Italy we were quite tired of Italian food. Having eaten a lot of Sushi at home we were missing it. We searched Rome for a sushi restaurant and came upon this one. It was quite expensive, but the sushi was very high end. Worth it!

After eating pizza and pasta for a few days straight, we felt like we needed a bit of a change of pace. It is also our mission to try the local expressions of sushi on each of our vacations, so after doing some quick yelp searching and asking for a recommendation at the front desk of our hotel, we were... Sakura Restaurant is a place where I generally dine with my family once a month. The atmosphere is nice especially if you can sit in one of the tables in the pit, I mean where you basically sit on the floor level with your legs inside a pit under the table, and the staff is friendly and polite. The owner,... More
