I love the presentation of the food here, service was excellent, had dinner with my wife here. i however thought the lamb was under flavored, the ice cream was very creative, so was the fish made into pasta, that was my favorite.

Ficatum liver beetroot, blueberries and truffle Mushroom, crispy flax seeds and blue cheese 上面一塊flax seeds 薄餅乾。 Pork ravioli orange and sansho。 Smoked wagyu beef peanut purée and aubergine Apple pine nuts and...More

Too much to say. Great setting, wonderful staff, and of course the food in insane. Just go. It is a fine dining experience worth every penny for the creativity matched by the flavour. By far one of my top dining experiences. Go.

Quite possibly one of the best restaurants I ever eat in. I choose the 6 course tasting menu (it was more like 8) and every dish was perfect and beautifully presented. Great taste, quality ingredients and amazing service. I don’t have a single negative comment....More

Definitely worth a visit. It’s not for the faint of heart - as the dinner is 3-4 hours. Yet - if you enjoy creative, amazingly delicious and fresh food - so worth the visit. The service is understandably A+. Restaurant is modern and quiet. Lovely...More

We spend about 2 weeks in Italy. The food in Italy is generally very good but most of it is traditional. After a few days we wanted to try some non-traditional Italian food. After some research we identified two restaurants, one in Rome and another...More

Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour
of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries
away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s

of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for
last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as
such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has

The best thing to do is to call them. We did the same as we had teenagers with us and were afraid that they wouldn't like what was on the menu. They were very helpful and offered us something appropriate for them.
