We visited the hotel yesterday evening for a couple of drinks as walked passed and it looked lovely. We got talking to Marco (manager I think) who really went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying our time there and in Rome. Whilst professional he was chatty and smiley. Me being nosy he offered to show us... More

I have been for dinner and twice for lunch and will go again and again. The service is perfect and the food is always excellent. I love that it is in a tourist area - close to the Spanish Steps but still has lots of locals or at least Italians.

I went there again a few days ago for an aperitivo with 2 friends! This time we seated at the counter of the bar, had a bottle of champagne with a small taste of appetizer... there was also a beautiful singer with an incredible voice! Everything was just amazing! Great atmosphere, great place and staff highly qualified!

Myself and Husband called in to Cafe Romano on the 30th November. We were delighted with the service and the food. We sat inside as it was cold outside. The restaurant was about half full and it had a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go back again to Marco and his crew.

First, Cafe Romano is on a shopping street near the Spanish Steps that is delightfully uncrowded. Take a walk down the Via Borgognona and check out Romano's menu. Here's our experience... Although there is a good selection of pleasant looking tables on the street, we craved a bit of quiet and asked for a inside seat. That may have been... More

This elegant restaurant and bar, annexed to the historical Hotel d'Inghilterra, is located in the very heart of Rome not far from the famous Trinità dei Monti and Via Condotti.
