Very plain calamari, over-cooked artichokes, all 3 of us didn"t finish the food. Even tea and prosecco was bad. Sorry...

We chose Su e Giu for my birthday meal as it was rated highly on TA. It was busy when we arrived and had a 30 min wait for a table (we went and had a drink nearby). It was definitely worth the wait. The english waiter was very helpful and gave good advice. We had a lovely bruscetta with... More
We were there tonight and we receive full attention and kindness, the the restaurant owner is absolutely friendly. The food was perfect and so was the treatment. The Restaurant is small but very comfortable. Totally recommended.
visited this small restaurant few days ago and we had gnocci and pasta with cheese and pepper. Very good experience, fresh food, good service.
My wife and I ate here twice during our stay in Rome and really enjoyed it !!! This is a cozy place that seems to blend locals with tourists that enjoy venturing 'off the beaten path'. There are only about 12 tables here so if you go on a Friday-Sunday (or a group larger than four people), make a reservation.... More

My favorite was Orichetti pasta with porcini mushrooms and clams - owner says it was his Dad's best dish. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations. Most of the... More
We first came to this restaurant 10 years ago on our 10th wedding anniversary trip.... 10 years later on our 20th anniversary trip we've brought my Mum to Rome to celebrate her 80th Birthday.......we looked for this place as it has lived in our memory ever since, and it didn't disappoint.... and, we had the same smiley happy waiter! The... More
We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of trip advisor and were very disappointed. The pasta was bland, the bruschetta uninspiring and there was no atmosphere. If you want a good meal, walk five minutes further to sample the delights of Obladi Oblada. We were sorry that we did not do that ourselves.
I'm Italian and this restaurant's food reminds me of what grandma used to make on Sunday family dinner. We had the chick pea soup and the bean soup. Delicious. My wife had the clams and mushroom dinner and it was very good. I had the pasta with sausage and tomatoes and it was excellent. This is a great place. My... More
