Went to Maranega for dinner and some Shisha, the customer service was slow, the food was OK but overpriced, nothing special. The Shisha was very poor; no flavour whatsoever, the coal was not changed regularly and again overpriced! The staff seem to be very unprofessional, they managed to drop the burning coal all over us. Overall not a great evening.

There is so many restaurant choices on the campo di Fiori but this isn't one of the better ones. The food was ok but the service lacked the vibrancy you see on the square. The waiting staff seem tired and disinterested and I had to ask for our drinks (complementary champagne) three times. I won't be returning to this place... More

Lots of choice where to eat around the market. Unfortunately we made the wrong one. The service wasn't brilliant it all seemed to be a bit of an effort. My choice of mains spaghetti carbonara wasn't very nice and I had to leave some. I also felt it was overpriced. Wouldn't recommend.

We visited as a family group and enjoyed a complementary glass of "fizz". Very good choice of food at reasonable prices, the staff were very attentive and pleasant, as the evening progressed the restaurant seemed to Grow into the piazza, when customers arrived tables were set up to accommodate. Would certainly recommend.

First thing that attracted me to this restaurant is the classic Italian table decorations. Once I checked it closer I could smell the food that other guests are having and the food looked delicious. The lady waiter who took my order wasn't very welcoming, frowned face, unfriendly, cold. I didn't get the tomato sauce I ordered. Another waiter delivered my... More

Terrific place for lunch and watching people at the famous open market. We had fresh fried calamari & shrimp, grilled vegetables and green beans & the pizza named after the Piazza. The kids had a tube pasta with ragu & the restaurant provided fresh bread that we dipped in olive oil, balsamic vinegar or our sauces from the meal. It... More

It is centrally located has a diversed menu plus a quick service and great hookah (Shisha), we ordered dessert that was decent but we did not try the food.

This was our first restaurant we went to on our visit. We had aperol Spritz and pizza. Big thin pizza with plenty of topping, quite wet but I like that. No complaints and would go again.

We chose this restaurant due to the wide variety of non italian food looking for something different. All four of us were extremely disappointed. I ordered a salmon salad and received a bowl of ice berg lettuce with lox and maybe one tomato. My friend ordered the orange chicken to receive a rubbery piece of chicken soaked in orange juice.... Great place to people watch. Good food... we had some pizza and a ham and cheese sandwich, both of which were fresh and delicious. Good cup of cappuccino. Friendly service.
