It was most excellent to see the hardworking very talented Mr and Mrs Zagarella still in business beginning at 6:30 am. This is an old school , traditional place in a blue collar neighborhood . But it is well worth the short walk from the Vatican if one wishes to escape the tourist crowd. Long live Mr and Mrs Zagarella... More

Local old school pasticceria owned by a cute old couple, it's cheap and cheerful and ideal for a quick coffee with a pastry with local residents!

Best and friendliest pasticceria in this neighborhood, we were here every morning for cafè and a cornetto. The owner is very friendly and talkativ, if you speak Italian. Would totally recommend going here for a real italian experience. Also the prices are really low

It... More

The master of this small and quaint Pasticceria is very kind and while he speaks little english he loves to have a chat and is very paitient if you want to practice your Italian. While the sweets are amazing the Gelato is mind blowing! It is so refreshing and full of flavour it was definitely the best I tasted while... More
