If you want a change from pizza and pasta we can highly recommend Ginger Sapori e Salute. We thoroughly enjoyed all our food and were highly impressed by its quality. For our main course I had steak and my wife had tuna - both were...More

Service was good, nice terrace and interior. That’s sadly the end of it. Meat platter was by far the worse we had in Rome, and probably of all times in Italy, Risotto horrible, tasteless and not even close to done. But

Since I stayed in a boutique hotel just next to this seemingly charming and healthy restaurant, I was really excited to give it a try. The host was very nice and friendly and I had high expectations. However, the food was disappointing. I ordered the...More

My meat loving husband said his ham was a relish, as we're his perfectly cooked spaghetti and my salad was huge and filling. Great service and presentation all at a medium cost by Rome standards. Definitely would have come back had we had more time...More

Great atmosphere - modern, busy and fresh food and juices. Service rude and dismissive and an overall disappointing experience. I'd prefer more traditional Italian restaurants that are charming in ambience.

After 8 days in Italy, we were craving something OTHER than Italian food. This spot was fantastic. Organic fruit/veggies aplenty. We actually went twice - once for dinner and again for lunch. The salads are huge and fresh. The scallops were fantastic. You really can't...More

Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields
to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most
desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best
place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and
Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with
enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s
best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a
fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to

Description
Created in 2012 with the aim to put together health and taste, Ginger Sapori e Salute is the place for a healthy diet from breakfast till dinner. If you are looking for a complete breakfast to start your day or for a quick snack with a smoothie, some fruit or a milkshake, if you want a relaxing lunch or dinner, or a quick sandwich to take away, Ginger has what you need and cares about your health and diet. Our menu is veggie friendly: 80% of our dishes are plant-based and we also have lots of raw specialties. Local products, exotic fruit, seasonal vegetables, fresh meat and fish and the extra-virgin oil that we produce at our Le Masciare farm: everything is carefully selected to offer you the best for your body. We just love good food and that's why we handpick every single supplier, trying to find the best products from organic and sustainable agriculture. We produce an excellent wine and we have small a selection of organic, natural and conventional wines coming from all the different Italian regions. Our roots, story and traditions belong to the Italian countryside, but we are passionate in experimenting new tastes to offer you, resulting in an eclectic menu. Come and try our surprising list of smoothies or taste our sweet and energetic açai bowl: we bet that you will start to feel an intense exotic breeze. We enrich our dishes, salads and cold pressed juices with superfoods such as chia seeds, baobab, spirulina, royal jelly, maca and goji berries, to give you a boost in antioxidants, aminoacids and Omega 3 with just a few calories. Food & drink for us is about family and friends getting together. Here is why we love to put you at ease: just relax, enjoy the bright and unique atmosphere of Ginger and treat yourself with all the benefits of our good foods.
