We stumbled on this restaurant after a visit to the Roman Forum. The owner was welcoming and the staff were lovely. The food was just amazing that we came back again on our last day before we left for out flight. The food is so fresh and light, not at all heavy and so more-ish that we had to order... More

Came across this place before visiting coleseum. Classy place with a good selection of wine and lovely menu. Was so good we came back again the next day for an equally goo lunch. Swordfish and see bass were fantastic. Lovely staff and also excellent pizza. Strongly recommend.

After our tour of the Colosseum we arrived at the restaurant nearly an hour before our reservation time, but that was not a problem and we were warmly welcomed. Our table was in the shade which we needed as it was a hot day. For starters we had Antipasto Italiana & Grand Antipasto Iari. For main course we had Spaghetti... More

We stumbled upon this side-street restaurant as it was outside a ticket office which sold tours of the Colosseum and although off the beaten track it is only minutes from the main attraction itself. The environment is not what you would call salubrious, although we soon found that the majority of restaurants in Rome are similar curb-side operations with tables... More

We stumbled across this little gem on our way to the colosseum. Fabulous little spot, with excellent food and wine to be had. The beef fillet in vino sauce was succulent and tender and the lasagne homemade and delicious. Our experience at lunch was so good we returned for dinner after our visit to the collosseum and roman forum and... More

Came across this place one Friday night, was quite hungry so I went for this option since the place seemed nice and there were 8 locals eating there. Ordered fish carpaccio for starters. The smoked swordfish had a taste over it that it was 2 days over the serving time. Told the waiter about this and he apologised about this.... More

During our holiday we tried a lot of restaurants in Rome, but none of those wasn't so good as this place. It's a pure Italian restaurant placed on a quiet and clean street where you can enjoy the italian or portuguese music that is playing into the restaurant. I eat the best pasta in Rome and my friend eat the... More
