What a lovely little coffee house. If you visit you need to try their special...bicerin. You have to drink it as it comes. Don't stir. A little pricey but its kept it vintage style and sits in a lovely location.

I visited Barnum Cafe on my own while staying in Rome. It was definitely worth the walk to it. The staff are friendly, the food delicious (I had the buffata and semifreddo) and the drinks reasonably priced. I watched them make a few cocktails, very...More

Lovely chic and cozy cafe, stopped for breakfast of eggs and bacon and pastries. Great coffee. Popular with the locals in the morning.

We went over for lunch and dinner because we liked the food and staff. The prices are reasonable, but it is not a big place so seating is limited.

Nicely located a bit calm, well decorated with very good choice of freshly made bakeries and good espresso. Lively with quick and friendly service. To recommend for a short breakfast brake.

We happened upon the Barnum Cafe after going for a morning stroll from Hotel Indigo. We almost walked straight past it as it has a relatively unassuming entrance but the quality of the blackboards outside with their cool writing and designer staining gave us the...More
