At dinner time the view is amazing, and the restaurant is calm. Food was good, we ordered ravioli and pasta with two drinks and paid 65€. The one thing that needs to be worked on is the service, it's below average, we had to make...an effort for someone to pay attention to the table because the waiters were always busy with other stuff. Which is an annoying feeling, I wouldn't say the service is poor, it's only the attention to details that's lacking. Other than that the value for money is fairly good. Had a nice romantic evening with the view of Rome. Definitely would recommend any rooftop over the aroma restaurant.More

Dear waleedo71, We thank you for your review, even though we believe you intended to review the Aroma restaurant, not us. We hope to welcome you soon to the Ambrosia for an unforgettable gourmet experience. A presto, Aldo Iacovone Guest Relations Manager

Excellent food, super wines and great fun! We were there for a family dinner incl. Cheese and desert. As normal for a quality restaurant, the menu isn't too long, but has something for everyone. Tasty and not overpriced. Eugenio took good care of us and...and shared interesting tidbits about Italy. Very enjoyable evening with a view!More

We went here for a quick drink before dinner, and it was amazing. We were served by Maurizio, who made our experience much better with his friendliness and great energy. We got a White Russian and a espresso martini for 20€ which we think is...a fair price for such good quality cocktails.More

Picture perfect drinks are served in a peaceful environment. As hotel guests, we were offered complimentary Prosecco but decided on a Bloody Mary and a bottle of Barbaresco. We were so tired from traveling in that day and our first Italian meal at lunch that...we opted to share a cheese platter for dinner. The tables are reserved for those having dinner so we ate in the lounge area by the outdoor bar. The cheese platter was generous with a decadent selection of bread with honey and a fruit spread.More

After a long day in rome we were looking for a bar with a nice view over the city. So we decided to come to Ambrosia rooftop restaurant & bar. The staff was very kind and friendly and we got a warm welcome. As we...got the menues, the barkeeper convinced us to get rid of them and to trust him, then he started mixing. The first gin and basil based cocktail was absolutely delicious - so we decided to stay for 4 more and all of them were really creative and beautifully composed. We also stayed for dinner and after all it really was a culinaric journey! Thanks a lot Maurizio, for taking care of us and making our evening unforgettable. We can definately recommend and would always come back when in Rome!More

Very rare to visit a restaurant and have it all… First of all the kindness and willingness of the staff to make you feel unique and make your evening memorable. Secondly, the breathtaking view, that keeps you silent company the whole time and travels you...to another era… And last but not least the high quality of the food. The pasta was Italian revisited recipes perfectly executed, the antipasti were fabulous and the sweets mouthwatering… Clearly a hidden gem 💎 that you can’t miss when you visit Rome. A special thanks to Mr. Eugenio for his truly from the heart kindness. Can’t wait to go back again…❤️ Harris ed Antonio dalla Grecia con amore… Grazie ❤️More
