Placed in the very nice flaminio area, it serves very good pizza to locals and tourists alike. Pasta is good as well. Service more than fine too

Initially we were delighted that they would squeeze us in as we hadn't booked but ... despite it being early in the evening, the restaurant being half full & finishing our meal 30 minutes before it was wanted by the customers who'd reserved it ... this was not a happy meal ... forced to have the same meal (to save... Probably the best pizza during our 4 day visit. I had gorgonzola and pear topping ....to die for and more than enough for lunch ( I was still full in the evening ). My wife had a glass of wine which came as a full bottle and was estimated at the end of the meal based on what she had... More

The food here is average, they do a good pizza (although I think most places we visited in Rome did!). We visited twice during our stay, but on our second visit the waiter lied to us. We didn't have any bread (pane) and it was on our bill, so I questioned it and he said it wasn't for the bread,... More

Booked a table with friends, have been here before on a previous trip to Rome. We sat outside on a warm evening. Service was good and friendly. We had antipasto to share, amazing selection of dishes. Ham, cheese, tomatoes, it kept coming!!! We all had pizzas, thin based and crisp. Good local wine meant good value. Definitely a place to... More

We have come back to Rome twice just to eat at this restaurant! It's the most amazing food and service. If you visit Rome please please visit here, u won't be disappointed! The lasagna is amazing, the pizza and steak are out of this world. And not expensive at all. Only a minute tram ride from metro stop Flaminia and... More

This restaurant was one minute's walk from my hotel - why walk further when you can get food this good? The Gnocchi alla Gricia con porcini were excellent, and the Tiramisù very good, service was relatively prompt and the corked bottle of wine was quickly replaced. However it is very popular, so turning up early is a good idea.

Went to this restaurant based on recommendation from the hotel we were staying. The food is reasonably priced but service is not great. Most locals find this place desirous to have a meal but extra effort is not made to accommodate tourists who may be staying in the area. Only worth it if you are lodged 5 minutes by walk... More

Staying in Flaminio

Neighbourhood Profile
The Flaminio area has been making a name for itself as a hub for contemporary architecture and art. Over the past decade, Flamino’s grassy knolls have seen the rise of cultural centres - amazing feats of architecture like the beautiful Ponte della Musica, the wavy contemporary art MAXXI Museum, and the futuristic Parco della Musica, a music complex where international names perform. Flaminio also has traces of the 1960 Olympic Games with Palazzetto dello Sport and Villagio Olimpico, the athlete’s Olympic village turned residential housing. If culture means a ball and a foot, keep your eye on the prize: Rome’s famed Stadio Olimpico football stadium is just a short walk across a bridge.
