Small but good quality gelateria not far from the Spanish Steps. Last night had the lavender and nut flavors, and the fondante. No seating inside the tiny shop, small area to sit outside on the sidewalk.

The ice cream is delicious, genuine and authentic. I tried the nocciola, buontalenti and the cremarancia flavours. Speachles!

Delicious gelato from a store we first encountered in Florence 7 years ago. I was pleased to see they have a Roman outpost.

Best gelato I have ever eat! Great flavors, very creamy, nice server. Would come back. I’ve tried many other gelato in Rome and this one is definitely the best.

Best gelato in Italy. Super creamy, we came here as many times as we could. We were really torn between the fruit flavors and other flavors.

Proper gelato here. Less selection in terms of flavour but tastes good, like proper gelato rather than others we have tasted. Recommend. It’s a small place!

Extremely kind staff. Good variety of flavour choices at a reasonable price. Quality ingredients. The cinnamon-white chocolate flavour is reason enough to visit. Be warned, when staff says the chocolate-chili flavour is really spicy, it really is spicy.

Delicious gelato. Some of the best we had in Italy! Stracciatella flavor was the richest we’d ever had.

Stopped by here for a gelato and it didn't disappoint. They have a relatively small selection but everything was delicious. I had a pistachio scoop which was one of the best pistachio flavors I have ever tried and a mascarpone scoop which was also very...good.More

We discovered La Strega Nocciola on a visit in Florence so were very excited to see they had a location in Rome. Their Rome shop isn't as large, but thankfully it's just as tasty! Their lavender gelato is light and creamy. A perfect treat for...a hot day. My husband loved their coconut, chocolate, and orange cream as well.More

This is located near the Spanish steps area. The flavours are good and the taste is delicious. The price isn’t too expensive.

While it wasn't a mind-blowing culinary adventure, I found the overall experience to be decent. Here are my thoughts on the place. Flavors: The gelato offerings had a decent variety, but none of them truly amazed me. I tried their cioccolato, which was made with...dark chocolate and had a nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. It was enjoyable but lacked that wow factor. The stracciatella flavor was good, with creamy vanilla and chocolate shavings. Their signature flavor was okay. Overall, the gelato flavors were tasty, but they fell short of being exceptional or unique. Value: The pricing was reasonable for the quality of gelato provided. While it wasn't overly expensive, it also didn't feel like a steal. Verdict: While I might consider returning to this gelato place if I happen to be in the area, I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to visit it again. It provided a decent gelato experience, but it didn't leave a lasting impression or offer anything extraordinary that sets it apart from the multitude of gelaterias in Rome. If you're traveling in Rome and looking for a memorable gelato experience, I would recommend exploring other renowned gelato spots that offer a more unique and exceptional taste. Overall, my visit to this gelato place was pleasant, but it simply didn't reach the level of "out of this world" that I was hoping for.More

My daughter and I loved La Strega Nocciola and so went there twice during our three-day trip to Rome. Fantastic icecream, all the flavours we tried were amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Even though the line was quite long the first...time we tried, we didnt have to wait long. Highly recommend!More

Extremely delicious, overall it was a nice and enjoyable experience. The only thing was the unclarity wether to order fist then pay or vice versa. We kept being cut out of the queue.

This is exceptional artisanal gelato with natural ingredients. Well worth seeking out if you find yourself anywhere near the Spanish Steps.
