Best pasta on Rome. You must try "Pasta del Papa". This place was founded on 1920 and I understand its success. Place IS really roman. Waiters and owner are very nice. Pizza is very good as well. This place is a excellent classic un Rome. I recomend you book if you want to dinner.

Long time lurker, very rare reviewer. Came across this place by chance and gave it a go. Probably the best meal I've ever had. The service was comparatively great to what we've experienced so far visiting rome. The waiter was very friendly and humoured our poor Italian by switching to English only when we looked lost. Took the waiters suggestion... More

At first we had vegetables as a appetizer. I think those vegetables were from yesterday. Served after micro owen for us. We had also pizzas. Italian and carpazzio..both were tasteless and I felt the dough were raw in the middle. Is this Italian restaurant at all? I asked Italin beer but they had Tuborg only. I though Italians are proud... An average Italian restaurant, nothing to write home! Yes it not expensive but what you pay is what you get. We had dinner with two types of pasta one "pesto" and one with artichokes״. They came simple no taste at all. Yes it was "cheap" EURO 18 for both But for Italian food in restaurant it was a waist of time... More

It was nice to find something open on a Sunday night. The restaurant was nice and inviting. We wanted a bowl of just pasta for our child and it was no trouble. The food was good.

On one of the back streets near the Piazza Barberini, this is a great place to have a meal. It was crowded - and rightly so - but the waiters were quick and efficient. Another place to return to!

We stumbled upon this place by accident while strolling around the streets near our hotel. It was jam packed so we walked by and on the way back decided to go in and immediately we were beckoned to a table by the owner, new tablecloth whisked over the table and menus presented immediately. It was like being at your Granny's!... More

Wonderful place. Treated like at home. Food is excellent and advice always spot on. The owner was like my grandfather, always asking is everything was fine and trying to find something special.

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
