Had researched this restaurant in advance and confirmed a reservation. Busy place, lots of locals, great fun people watching. Service was smooth and attentive, food was very good.

Well nestled in Rome, Trattoria Monti will surprise you without any doubt. I had heard so much about it that I was expecting long waiting lines an extravagant place and a very « colorful » menu. Instead I was professionally greeted by a waiter that to my...More

We ate at this restaurant not once but twice during the lunch hours. The reason we went to this restaurant was that we saw on TV Franca Camerucci make a Tortello al Rosso D'uovo. After seeing this we decided that we needed to go to...More

I loved this restaurant during our stay in Rome. A charming spot, run by a lovely family. Their food isn't typical Roman fare. I highly recommend the ravioli with egg. Daniella, one of the brothers is absolutely amazing. I can't wait to return. Book a...More

This was the best meal of our trip to Rome without a doubt. We had a slight panic as we'd booked for 8pm and when we arrived just before, the shutters were down and it appeared to be closed. We needn't have worried, by eight...More

Excellent choice for Trattoria, has style and good service, quite authentic. Had very good zucchini flowers (fiori di zucca) a typical Roman dish. The raviolis were amazing. Good service and reasonable prices.

A local friends of ours took us here and she surely knew where to have an awesome meal! Every bite was really tasteful, vegetarian options are to die for.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot

I would phone them. Get your concierge or hotel reception to do this for you. There are so many reasonable good restaurants in the area you really can't go wrong.

Apologies I would not know. If it is a party that you are looking for I would say that this is the wrong restaurant as it quite intimate.
