Ordered wine by the glass which was recommended by very friendly and helpful staff. Food was best I have eaten in my 4 days so far in Italy. Great atmosphere in a very classy but chilled setting

You can order wine per glass or per bottle. We tasted great prosecco and ordered a plate of Italian ham. Very friendly personnel, not touristic at all. Relax atmosphere. I can strongly recommend this place.

As budget travellers, it was great to splash out on the Trimani. It's not cheap compared to other places, but worth it. They have a fantastic wine list, and the selection of cheese and meats are worth coming for even if you don't like wine!...More

Description
In a sober and elegant design, that's the first place in the world named Wine Bar from an idea of Marco Trimani, wine merchant. All the attenction is focused on the wine: we have a selection of wine by the glass but most important it's our wine list that groups all the best italian and world selection in the wine sector with a price really competitive. The staff will help you in the choice with competence and professionalism. The menu is simple and a deep-rooted in the roman cuisine .
