We did the 10 euro aperitif and buffet. Great buffet and I had a great glass of red wine. Sat outside and watched the neighborhood go by. Get there early as a line forms because it's very popular.

Nice little cafe near a quiet square, they serve good wine. They had an offer at aperitif time, all you can eat buffet and a wine for 10€. The buffet consisted in cheese toasty bread, pizza bread, rice salad, couscous salad and other vegetables. To me it was very good value, tasty food and nice wine!

A magnificent café where you can enjoy with the locals and yet not spend too much. Just downstairs from the B&B Michelle de Porta Pia, you can enjoy a buffet dinner (pastas, fruits, vegetables and different hams) to include an alcoholic drink, for just 9EU, a bargain. Very reasonably priced with outside chairs and a very friendly staff. Opens early... More

In the neighbors of Porta Pia, very close to the historical center of Rome, Tribeca Café is an excellent opportunity to have a dinner if you are hungry earlier and you don’t like to be late at night. The local is pleasant and well furnished. The formula is “happy hours” and self service. With 8 Euro you get a drink... More

We stumbled upon this place while trying to find a bar before dining. What a wonderful place - squashy sofas, glossy books, italian newspapers and interesting clientele. They do an 8 euro aperitif and food in the evening which involves buying a drink - wine, cocktail, beer etc and then helping yourself to a selection of cold dishes which you... More
