We ordered the trio pasta and fish and chips. In hindsight, I'm not sure if we should have ordered the more complicated dishes because what we had were just so simple. The wine made up for our plain dishes though!

This restaurant is up the hill further than the others you see just as you get off the boat. Its worth the walk up, lovely staff, good food - try the seafood risotto and the pizza. We found the toursit crowd to be treated as well as the locals, a nice change. Reasonably priced, has wifi.

My wife and I stayed in Riomaggiore for 6 nights and dined here most of the time. We loved eating here. The highlight dishes for us were the seafood risotto and caprese salad, they were both so delicious! We also got takeaway from here, the takeaway pizzas and pastas were excellent! My wife loves the completa salad as well. The... More

This was our first and last dinner in the Cinque Terre and we were less than impressed. However, I will say, given other local restaurant reviews I'm not quite sure there was a better option. Here's what my party of four ordered: Caprese salad- very good! Fisherman risotto - Terribly overcooked with a very fishy taste Fish & Chips -... More

Picked this restaurant for my 60th birthday meal. Wish I hadn't. Booked it. Lovely table upstairs by the door but wouldn't shut the door too cold. We were put downstairs on garden tables and benches. Mixed grill was a chop. Ordered two bottles of water and charges but didn't get. Food bad really and loads of flies. Has the potential... More

If you came to 5 terre to enjoy authentic Italian food, I advise to catch first train out of this national park. Unless you like eating poor pizza while fighting with flies you can go to Veciu Muin! However don't expect warm Italian hospitality there!

I am writing this review w/ an enormous amount of disappointment for the quality of food in Riomaggiore. I found it to be "Disney-fied" w/ absolute zero authenticity. However, if you like American food then maybe this town is for you. This restaurant was the only non-seafood restaurant I found tolerable. They are known for their pizza which was about... More

Great food at a more reasonable price for The town....they also do takeaway and breakfast...we had the trip of pasta and the seafood spaghetti which were delicious. The local La Spezia wine was also tasty and complimented the meals. Recommended highly!

Found this place by accident and loved it! The food was wonderful...as was the service and atmosphere! Had such a great dining experience on our first night, we had to go again! Had a chance to meet and talk with the owner on our second visit. We highly recommend the Veciu Muin for dinner!

We had the riomaggiore pizza and sat outside. It was a pleasent atmosphere and the service was friendly. It may have been our choice in pizza but it was average.
