Located at the end of Portofino harbor, the restaurant is convenient to everything, including the ferries. The pizzas were satisfying and very thin crust. The squid was a perfect al dente. Overall, good performance.

Four of us had dinner at the Da Nicola Ristorante. The location was perfect - facing the harbor. The pizza was good and the wine was fine. There were one or two other tables occupied in the restaurant but, nevertheless, the service was slow. It is hard to rate this higher than "okay" since we only had pizza and the... More

Had a very average veal dish and waited over ten minutes for the bill after asking twice. Then went to the toilet were a giant cockroach was running around - was so big I thought it was a mouse. It was last seen running under the door out into the restaurant.

The restaurant has the best location in the port of Portofino. Unfortunately the food was undercooked and overpriced. The service was generally ok but the taste of the food overcomes the good impression.

This little spot had some of the best pizza and pasta we had on two different trips along the Ligurian coast. It was a nice surprise given its central (we feared tourist trap) locale. Other than the scene we had to endure when the Kardashians showed up next door at the Splendido Mare (good grief) it was a perfect lunch.... More

I can't express in words how terrible the food was. Everything we ordered was awful and undercooked. The pizza was soggy and slimy with absolutely no flavor. Avoid this place.

Here on a Friday lunchtime in high summer. Sat in covered terrace. The food was fine (try the focaccia) but you go for the view of the harbour and Castello Brown. We had a Thunderstorm during lunch and a yacht in the harbour was struck by lightning. The staff were very quick to put up the side rain covers so... More

2 very small pizzas, 1 water and a coffee 30 euro and then they charge 3 euro per person for service which is 20% on top in our case. Can't recommend if you care about your money

Total rip off, heavily overpriced for the size and quality of meals, charging 3 euro per person for the table even without offering bread. Pizza was not the worst but ridiculously small, grilled octopus was burned and not well prepared. Not recommended

Had to enjoy a meal at this must see and unreal fantasy place. Opted for a classic Italian pizza-pasta place with a harbour view, da Nicola. What a good choice in this glitetati sub-tropical wonderland! Rather small pizzas, but with great toppings and wonderful and balanced flavours. Not cheap at around 15 Euros a pizza and 22 Euros for a... More
