The restaurant was recommended by the hotel. A great recommendation. The restaurant served very good food. I had tagliata con funghi. What a tast, thin slices of beef with thin slices of mushroom. And what a taste. Fantastic. The red wine Cutrefranca rosso del Bosco from Lombardia was good, very smooth. The waiter was perfect, nice and very professional.

With a quiet, dignified atmosphere, professional and helpful wait staff, abundant and tasty portions, Al Fuoco di Brace proved a worthy find near Wagner metro in Milan. Generally the two of us share portions at restaurants so as not to over indulge. This Osteria provided sufficient to easily share mixed salad (plenty of variety), pasta with meat sauce, and grilled... More

I visit this restaurant since a long time, with very good reason. Three times per year in Milano for fairs of several days. Plenty of guests entertained there, all were happy, and started to come on their own. The place is modest but cosy. The owners are very eager to please (I exclude Federica the money snake). Speciality is grilled... More

Fantastic, friendly service. The meatball antipasto, beef with artichokes, & tagliatelle with mushrooms were out of this world. I'm definitely going back!

Went to this restaurant out of the blue for dinner and definitely not disappointed by the quality of the meat. The service was very good and the staff were all very kind. Will definitely be going back soon.

The hotel recommended this place as we wanted to have a fiorentina, they said that was the place around if we didn't want to take the metro. There really wasn't many people but we were encouraged by the good comment on trip. I would tend to agree with another comment that it's good food but a bit expensive for what... More

Went to this osteria on a random Tuesday. There was 1 waiter in the restaurant through it was full. The wait was over 45 minutes (it was the 6 of us) though they did bring us a bruschetta to tame the hunger and our spirits. Pasta dishes go from €9 (with tomato sauce) to €22 (Astra of the day) with... More

We were a party of 12 and pretty much the only ones in the restaurant at 20.00 on a Tuesday night . The service was very prfessional but rather slow. The food was certainly not your run of the mill standard fare and we enjoyed it a lot. Recommended.

Frederica is a very friendly owner. She loves what she is doing, you can see that in the food as well in the nice ambiance of the restaurant. There are a lot of Italians dining there. Pure an simple Italian food just the way we know it.
