The owner Anthony waited on us and told us how his grandfather started this business in 1937 with a push cart. After WWII he established this permanent stand in 1947 and it's been a family business ever since. The gelato was the best we had...More

Very nice. Definitely make a trip here after a meal. Try the fiordilatte (cream flavour) and the pistachio. The staff were also very friendly.

This was recommended by hotel staff. They said it wasn't much to look at and it wasn't but the gelato, goooood! You walk to the side of the Milan centrale station and it looks like here's nothing there but keep going, they've hidden in a...More

Coming to Central Station in a hot day: this is the solution! I am an ice-cream lover and Sartori is one of very few places in Milano where you can have a good hand made ice-cream. Not 100 different tastes but top level quality at...More

Very small stand close to the main railway station, it was a nice surprise. Very yummy ice-cream with good quantity and a polite staff. It's a must if you come around this area!!!

Was in Milan for about 2 hours and this stall is just around the corner of the train station. Had a chocolate ice cream and it was quite good.

Since 1937, Gelateria Sartori, cause of its wonderful quality, attracts hundred of customers every day, coming from Milan or every country wordwide. During the '50, it saw the gentrify of Milan, the economic boom of the '60, the passage of the Beatles. Everyone who worked here takes the same motivation and thinking of the founder Andrea Sartori: create a great product and keep the quality of the production of real Italian Gelato. The first redesign of the kiosk in 1963, changed slightly over time, while maintaining the original structure to still breathe the atmosphere of the 60s, so dear to the Milanese people. Control high quality, care of cleanliness and friendliness of its employees allows the Antica Gelateria Sartori to bring to the palate of its customers the best classic flavors, without the need to twist it with "strange" names typical of our times. The Gelato Maestro's still delight customers through continuous improvement of its cult flavor like Nocciolato, Cream, Pistachio and Fiordilatte. The continuous proposition of traditional flavors such as Malaga, Walnut, Nougat, Castagna and Eggnog is also indicative of this philosophy. First Tradition! This is the motto! The desk operators still continue to serve customers the best that can be offered through the old way of serving Gelato, with the spatula, without the need to "work it", cause it's already creamy, fresh and ready to serve, keeping the slogan, since 1937: Sartori Gelato, superior Gelato!
