We went during the weekend and we waited 30 minutes to find a table for 4 people. We ate in a small table and the hamburger was good but not fantastic!!! It also was very expensive, 25 euro for hamburger chips and beer is too much

Super gourmet, with innovative solutions that you won't find anywhere else. At least not in Italy! Balanced with some takes on traditional dishes... love it but I can't always get in. Superb wine list.

Poor quality ingredients, cooked without any taste. We went in 5 people each ordered a hamburger and a drink. Total bill €120.... for what???? Do we want to talk about the service and the location? The place is incredibly small, 5 tables, which are uncomfortable. At the table you have some sauces and napkins and you need to get yourself... More

This is located on a little side street, but you won't be disappointed , best burger I have every had, place is small but owner came over and introduced himself which is always a good sign. There are two restaurants with kitchen in middle make sure you go in right side. While you wait for table you can look in... More

This is an amazing spot where you can eat definitely the burgers in town, a little bit tiny and crowded but you just need to try it.

Just a few tables with rustic décor and no air con gives this place a locals feel but even on a Monday evening in Milan this place is popular and clearly draws people from a wider area. Both burger and chianti were good.

After 10 days of pizza, pasta and other fantastic Italian specialties, there was only one meal that would hit the spot and prepare us for our return home to the states: a burger. We'd read about Al Mercado Burger Bar in Food and Wine magazine, and have known for months that we couldn't visit Milan without checking the place out.... More

Love the location and the chillness of the staff, very helpful in deciding what to order. Burger can be customised as much as u wanted adding high quality ingredients.

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
