Unfortunately, my husband and I each ordered a plate and a dessert to share for lunch, and there was something wrong with each dish. My husband ordered a chicken flatbread but was given turkey; my chicken meatball flatbread had meatballs that were not warm throughout; and the Nutella flatbread we shared was dry. That said, the total cost was 17.50... More

Found this place through TripAdvisor while in the neighborhood and it lived up to the expectations! Seeing the staff at work behind the counter / open kitchen wets your appetite some more. Nothing but piada's on the menu, but don't be fooled: there is plenty to choose! Short waiting times, very friendly staff.

This "piadineria" has literally no negative characteristic. The waiting time is short (unless it's the time everybody crams in to eat), the location is beautiful and edited in every detail, the food is spectacularly good and also plentiful and the people who work there are kind and professional. The price is very low compared to the quality you receive. I... More

This is a great little place. The personnel dressed up fairytale style and all decorated beautifully. We had flat breads with tuna, ham and others (one each) and these were delicious. More than enough for one person for lunch. We ate all of it and need siesta now. Highly recommended. The prices are great too.

This place is so great! The food was delicious, and the service was prime. Most importantly, it was cheap! You get a huge piadina for a great price. I definitely recommend it.

An excellent place, offering a wide variety of piadinas, in a unique and cosy atmosphere. Always very busy, but not without reason due to the great price / quality. Highly recommended.

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
