My husband and me went there for aperitivo. The choice and taste of the food were very good. The waiter though was unreasonably rude. When i asked if we could change the given seats, he actually scolded me, saying this was a bar, not a...cinema. We didn't want to make a scene, so we stayed anyway. It was obviously very unpleasant.More

Went to this restuarant with a group of friends. Cocktails cost at 10 euros and you can eat whatever you want from the table. I would say this is an amazing place in milan. Would recommend it to anyone visiting milan. Cheers. will definitely visit...again.More

My summary of this wonderful find was “meraviglioso!” (marvellous!) to the Italian lady at the neighbouring table. I was wandering around the vicinity of my Hotel Ariston in Milan, (not far from the Duomo), looking for a reasonably priced un-touristy restaurant when I chanced upon...the Cheese Cafe. It offered a “Happy Hour” from 17.30 - 21.45 Mon - Sat. You buy one drink for €10 which includes all you can eat from a sumptuous buffet of delicious cold and hot dishes, mainly vegetarian with a few meat offerings, as well as desserts which included my favourite: Tiramisu. The drinks menu is extensive, with a long list of cocktails served in super-large glasses, with a base of rum, gin, brandy, whiskey, vodka etc as well as beer and wine. My choice was a Mai Tai: white rum, Jamaica rum, Cuban rum, Triple Sec, Grenadine, lemon and passion fruit - to die for! The (un)happy hours are from 21.45 - 2am daily + Sundays. Da Vinci’s “Last Supper” is to be seen in Milan, but my last supper before flying home was at the Cheese Cafe!More

Popped in for aperitivo and the waiter was incredibly condescending and downright rude. He first didn’t have tables available for us, whilst one of the cleaning staff found us one. After the waiter spoke to us as if we were stupid, we left. Seemingly bad...service to non Italians...More

Went there for a cocktail with friends and I really liked the cocktail they made me! Not too expensive and a wide selection of food, including vegan options.

The drinks are huge! There was a nice selection of food for aperativo. The atmosphere was the best!-some places get so crowded and uncomfortable but this place was very sociable and comfortable. We met with friends and could see there was a full mix of...customers present, from families to couples and groups of friends. We will definitely be back!More

We went there with a group of friends, the food was nothing special, and the drink full of ice, the waiter made also a mistake about a drink, but the worse have been the service, with a waiter called tony, that interrupted the conversations 2...minutes with rude ways, aloud, and trying to joke the members of the group that in the end told him to stop because he had exaggerated, not a good place to make an aperitivo.More

Me and my blokes had an amazing time here at Cheese. Cheaper and better than the one in Naviglio. The waiters are simply lovely, kind and know how to entertain you with some music and small talks. I highly recommend this place if you want...to have a great time and still want to be close to Duomo. They also serve about 40 dishes, each one better the other still 10€ including beverage! Amazeballs! :DMore
